Mountain's Gate is within the Principality of Cynagua which is in turn within The Kingdom of the West. Located in the El Dorado County area of the Sierra Foothills, we are artists, Heavy Fighters, Archers, cooks, parents, and all manner of folk. We even have War Horses in training! We grow some of our own feast food and spin our own wool. We make wine with local grapes and mead from local honey. Jewelry is made with local gold and fine joints of mutton were recently on the hoof. We can never have enough company or hear from too many people with similar interests. Our blacksmith makes knives and spear tips. Our cooks do extensive research to bring us the finest in Medieval cuisine. The underlying philosophy of Mountain's Gate is FUN! All ye populace of the lowlands and river valleys are encouraged to contact us. It's a wonderful area and Placerville has wonderful city parks and recreational areas available for family outings anytime!
